As is tradition the festivities begin with a reception in the netflix lobby followed by a ceremony in the wolf theatre to announce the 2019 aiala design award recipients for built projects next la awards work not yet built and cote la awards.

Aiala extended the reach of their contest for the first time since the rdas inception in 2005 now accepting projects from any us based firm for consideration. Dekkadance sora are two casual dining venues on the 69th floor of the wilshire grand featuring panoramic views of the city. A nationally recognized panel of judges selected 16 winning projects for 2018 from 73 entries in seven categories submitted by architects across the state.

The festivities are a two parter. Architecture firms across louisiana won 17 awards in the prestigious annual design competition conducted by the american institute of architects louisiana chapter aia la. The american institute of architects los angeles aiala recently announced the list of finalists for the 2009 restaurant design awards rdas.
